By downloading, installing, or using Bizora ERP ("the Software"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you are accepting on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that company. If you do not agree, do not use the Software.
Subject to your payment of the applicable fees, Bizora Technologies grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to install and use the Software according to your edition:

The license is annual. It must be renewed each year to continue using the Software after the license period. Your data remains accessible after expiry; however, the application will enter a read-only grace period after license expiry.

The Software, including all code, design, documentation, and trademarks, is and remains the exclusive property of Bizora Technologies (Pvt.) Ltd. These Terms do not transfer any ownership rights to you. "Bizora ERP", "Bizora Technologies", and the Bizora logo are trademarks of Bizora Technologies (Pvt.) Ltd.
Your data (invoices, accounts, employee records, etc.) belongs entirely to you. Bizora makes no claim on your business data.
A 14-day free trial is available for all editions. No credit card is required to download and install. At the end of the trial period, the Software will prompt for a license key. Trial data is preserved when you activate a paid license.
Licenses are billed annually. Prices are in USD. Pakistani customers may pay in PKR via bank transfer, Easypaisa, or JazzCash at the prevailing exchange rate. Payments are processed securely by Paddle (paddle.com).
Licenses are not automatically renewed. You will receive a reminder 30 days before expiry. Failure to renew does not result in data loss — the application enters a read-only mode after a 14-day post-expiry grace period.
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee from the date of first activation. To request a refund, email support@bizoraerp.com with your license key and reason. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. After 14 days, no refunds are issued, but you may continue using the Software for the remainder of your license period.

Enterprise customers may request custom module development, white-label branding, or data migration services. These are subject to separate scoping, pricing, and delivery agreements. Contact sales@bizoraerp.com for an Enterprise proposal.
THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. BIZORA TECHNOLOGIES DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SOFTWARE WILL BE ERROR-FREE, UNINTERRUPTED, OR SUITABLE FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE. USE OF THE SOFTWARE FOR FINANCIAL, LEGAL, OR ACCOUNTING DECISIONS IS AT YOUR OWN RISK. ALWAYS HAVE YOUR ACCOUNTS REVIEWED BY A QUALIFIED ACCOUNTANT.
To the maximum extent permitted by Pakistani law, Bizora Technologies' total liability for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Software in the 12 months preceding the claim. In no event shall Bizora be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunity.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of [Lahore / Islamabad], Pakistan.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email to registered customers at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use of the Software after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
